eTwinning with Rathmore Education and Guidance Centre, Co. Antrim

Pupils in Class 2 at Hillside today started preparing for their eTwinning project. They decided on personal information to share with their link class; also the three areas of local life that they will research, what they hope to get out of the collaboration, and their research target for the next week. Finally, pupils had the choice to search the internet for images of Co. Antrim, or to photo-blog the school (at http://hillsidelearning.blogspot.com). The project has been designed to use PowerPoint and email, although Treasa and myself are considering the potential of using the weblog as a central communication tool (we will certainly use it as a 'learning log' for our work).
